Investing Class

There's the saying that goes, "The rich, gets richer". I used to think, "well how do you get rich, in order to get richer?" It's not until later on in life that I found that the answer to that question. The answer to that question is INVESTING. So I guess that begs the follow-up question, "How do you invest?"

We've all heard plenty of ways of how to invest, but for me, it always came from people who don't know that the tray that comes out of a computer is a cd tray and not a coffee cup holder. These are people who are about as bright as a pack of broken light bulbs if you catch my drift. I'm smart enough to not listen to what they have to say. It might be useful things coming out of their mouths, but if they don't have skin in the game, it makes no sense for me to listen and take their advice.

Guest Professor Oge

Guest professor Oge Madu is the founder of the Black Seed Group, an investment group that is very diverse in terms of investing. He originally graduated from college as an engineer and after getting a job, he realized he didn't like being an engineer.

When you hear how he got into investing, you will see just how lucky he was to just fall into it. But if you ask me, after talking to for five minutes, it was pretty evident that all roads lead to entrepreneurship. I believe that he was getting into it one way or another.

If you're looking to start investing, learn investing, or get deeper into investing, this is the perfect lesson for you. He'll get really deep and breakdown how his thought process as to how he views investing. Believe you and me, these are notes that I will definitely be studying and will be putting into practice for a little while. I advise you to do the same.
